My creative journey started at age 16 when my neighbor asked me to teach crafts to 3rd graders during vacation bible school. I've been creating since then. From sewing to interior design staging to my day-to-day in the corporate communications world. With Heal Thyself Therapeutic Jewelry, I've taken the reins from my parents who sold on the craft/artisan fair circuit for 10 years throughout the Midwest before COVID shut down the world. My doors are now open after a rebranding that features classic and trendy, new styles.

Thoughts are a form of energy, and positive energy attracts success in all areas of life including health. We combine the magnetic therapy benefits of hematite – thought to ease pain by helping adjust your mental state when dealing with pain or illness – with the unique properties of healing gemstones and crystals – that can be used to harness specific energies for healing and protection – into all our therapeutic jewelry.
