Jess’s culinary career began growing up in her father’s Italian restaurant in Connecticut and evolved to cooking in fine dining kitchens in Vermont, Connecticut, and Michelin-starred restaurants in New York City. During a year with AmeriCorps in Montana, she led a farm-to-table school program and founded a food co-op that still operates today. After a decade in corporate sales leadership, including with Anheuser-Busch, she returned to her culinary roots in 2026 by launching Uncle Jessie’s Hot Dogs. Combining her passion for food and community, Uncle Jessie’s Hot Dogs is an opportunity to give back, have fun and keep life simple
