At Zappa, we serve Polish street food with a Jersey Shore twist — from loaded zappas ("zapiekanki" in Polish) and pierogi to kielbasa, bigos, and other comfort food favorites. What makes us special is simple: everything is made with care, big flavor, and a little Polish soul.
