What we shipped this week (March 23-29)
Hey everyone! Big week over here. We shipped a bunch of features focused on making it easier for organizers to find and manage vendors, plus some nice quality-of-life improvements across the admin tools. Here's the rundown.
New for Organizers
Vendor Network Discovery
You can now browse and connect with vendors outside your current roster. Search by category, vendor type, or just explore who's out there. When you find someone interesting, hit "Connect" and they'll get a notification. There's a weekly limit to keep things manageable, and vendor identities stay anonymous until you connect. Vendors can also see which markets have expressed interest in them.
Create Vendor Accounts Directly
Got a vendor who isn't the most tech-savvy? You can now create their account for them right from the Vendor Invites page. Just fill in their info, and they'll get a magic link email. One click and they're logged in. No password setup, no friction.
Admin Dashboard Sidebar
Your admin dashboard now has a sidebar showing key stats at a glance: active vendors, markets, upcoming dates, and pending applications. Plus quick-action links so you can jump straight to the things you do most often.
Vendor Notes on Applications
Vendors can now add notes when they apply to your market, like booth preferences, power needs, or special setup requests. You'll see these highlighted on the review page so nothing gets missed.
Category Filter on Bookings
The market date bookings page now has a category dropdown so you can quickly filter by what vendors sell. Handy for checking your vendor mix or finding a specific type of vendor for an upcoming date.
New for Everyone
Field Notes
We launched a new blog-style content section called Field Notes. You can browse posts covering market tips, vendor spotlights, and other community updates. Check it out at the Field Notes page on the marketplace.
That's the week! As always, reach out if you have questions or run into anything unexpected.
