Run your markets by chatting with Claude or ChatGPT

You can now manage your markets by talking to an AI assistant like Claude or ChatGPT. Ask it "what's pending today?" or "approve booking 123" and it handles the rest — no clicking through screens.

What this is

We built two ways for you to work with Convene outside of our website:

• AI assistants (MCP) — Connect Claude Desktop, a ChatGPT Custom GPT, or any other MCP-compatible tool. You chat in plain English and it reads your data and takes action for you.
• REST API — For developers who want to build their own dashboards, automations, or integrations.

What you can do by chatting

• "How many pending applications do I have this week?"
• "Approve the order from Sweet Earth Bakery."
• "Give every vendor booked this Saturday a $5 credit."
• "Which market dates still need review?"
• "Send a reminder to vendors who haven't paid yet."

Is my data safe?

Yes. Every AI session uses an organization-scoped key — Claude or ChatGPT can only see and change your organization's data. Even if a key somehow leaked, it cannot read or touch any other organizer's information.

How to get started

1. Create your API key — takes about 60 seconds.
2. Connect Claude Desktop or ChatGPT.
3. Try a prompt like "what's pending today?" and watch it work.
