Stilo Bakes is a New Jersey small-batch pop-up bakery putting an Italian-American spin on nostalgic American baked goods. Founded by Katie Stilo, we make cookies, banana bread, cinnamon buns, olive oil cakes, and seasonal pastries using high-quality ingredients and unexpected Italian flavors. We’ve grown through local pop-ups and collaborations and would love to bring our distinctive, approachable baked goods to the Asbury FRESH community.
